Working alongside the Hire With Social creative team, we built an end-to-end marketing and hiring campaign for Infosys, a global leader in tech and consulting, with the aim of hiring USA's most powerful full stack developers.
After conducting extensive research on the best visual language to interact with our final target, I opted for a futuristic looking design applied on a series of isometric illustrations representing the power of the most popular development technologies.

All of the illustrations and animations created were finally arranged in the form of social media organic posts and paid advertising targeting professionals within the United States, with a particular focus on the San Francisco bay area, New York metropolitan area, Texas and the Midwest.
The leads generated from dedicated social media accounts were eventually redirected to a landing page where candidates could sign up and send their application.
